I’ve found a pretty good formula/recipe for vegan spaghetti. It’s very, very simple. Now, the ingredients are brand specific so make sure you get the right brands:
* 1 bag of Morningstar Farms fake meat crumbles
* 1 jar of Bertolli Tomato & Basil sauce
* 1 jar of Barilla Mushroom & Garlic sauce
* 1 box of spaghetti noodles

To make:
1) Put a little oil in a pot or pan, like tablespoon. Let the pan heat up on a highish setting
2) After the pan is heated, add the crumbles. Use a spatula to move the crumbles around to prevent sticking and burning.
3) After they are cooked through and not cold or frozen, add the sauce. Stir it all together and cook until everything is hot. I like to try and cook off some of the sauce’s moisture so it gets thicker.
4) Cook the noodles.

To eat: put noodles on a plate. Add a generous helping of sauce (it makes a ton). ENJOY.

TOTALLY VEGAN AND TOTALLY DELICIOUS TOO! EVEN MEAT EATERS AGREE!
